Found by Margaret Peterson Haddix
Found by Margaret Peterson Haddix makes a great read for anybody who likes science fiction. One of the main characters, who is named Jonah always wanted to find his birth parents. But soon he starts getting strange letters. Then his best friend, Chip starts getting letters too and it turns out he is adopted as well. When they get close to the truth they find out more than they should have known. I highly recommend this book because I really enjoy a book that pulls me in, I really hope it pulls you in too.

Great post. Although I haven't read this particular book, Haddix is one of my favorite authors. Have you read her series about The Hidden children? It's set in the future and every family is allowed only one child, if they have any more than that one, they hide the kids behind walls in the house. Does that sound like something that might interest you?
